My New Year's resolution was to paint one larger painting a month. I liked my last large painting but it was a bit sparse. This month's still life has a lot more objects. But wow, it's taken me all day to draw. What should I start painting first? Should it be my favorite, the hardest thing, the easiest, or the "island"? I'll have to decide tomorrow.
How did you photograph this so get the light so vibrant?
ReplyDeleteThat is a great goal! I think I would paint the apple first since the glass overlaps it. Looking forward to seeing the finished painting.
