Secrets of the CIA



Secrets of the CIA or should I say The Culinary Institute of America. This Objet d'art was my dessert  when my husband and I took a day trip down to Hyde Park a couple of weeks ago.  Its real name is 61% Chocolate Mousse.  I thought I ordered just a bowl of mousse and was delighted when this was placed in front of me.
