Two Cups and Plum


This painting took me several days to complete. One day to set up the still life and draw it in, one day to paint the top cup and today to complete the rest. All the while working to keep my paint application lusciously thick and simple.

    There is a richness to the colors. Maybe it is a decisiveness ? All I know is it works and there is harmony.
